Once again, I am impressed by the extraordinary requirements of humility and discipline in knowing how to execute the movements of self-defense you model here.
The ethical foundations of martial arts would make for an interesting extemporaneous topic.

great speech good choose of assistant just kidding i like how you chose a very interesting topic and very important one as well. i feel its very important that people know how to protect themselves in this dangerous world i feel you were a little to ruff on you assistant i heard hes still in pain. great speech

Great job Joe! You spoke about something that you have a real passion for. This helped you emphasize to us the true benefits of martial arts. You delivered strongly. Your speech was clear and your gestures added to your superb performance. Thanks again for leaving Yaakov's hand in one piece, as I really needed him to call me during my speech. Keep it up!
