Professor, I would like to take this oppurtunity to thank you publicly for the great classes you have taught this past semester on Sunday Nights. I reallp appreciate all the skills you have given over to us teaching us how to speak in public. Most of us have never had the oppurtunity to even attempt to speak publicly. We would not even try to as we were afraid to even attempt to speak. Your class has provided us with the skills neccessary to speak proffesionally. You will have so many great… Continue

So Far This Course Is GREAT!

I've been in the speech class for three Sunday night sessions and its been great. All the classes are informative and really help you prepare for public speaking. Prof. Green makes all the classes really exciting. In fact, last week we went for a pizza party to celebrate a classmates birthday and we delivered speeches in the pizza shop. Mark videoed the whole event and we all gave our introduction speeches. Looking forward to future classes!

Not to worry, Yosef!
I think you will find the articles hosted at the web address on "E-mail Etiquette," interesting beyond the article on writing with all caps. Notice the title of the URL:

Editing is an art we are all learning as we remember others in our communication.
Thanks for your concern,
Professor Green

Read the article linked here on not using all caps:
I quote:

"Email Etiquette Tip - DON'T SHOUT!

If you USE ALL CAPS in your email or message board posts, you will immediately make yourself seem inexperienced or ignorant. Most experienced computer users consider the use of all capital letters to be the Internet equivalent of shouting.

For those of us who spend a lot of time hanging out in cyberspace, messages written in all capital letters are reminiscent of trying to hold a conversation in which one person is shouting every word while others are speaking at a normal volume."
